My name is Carolin Karrer, and I was born and raised in Austria. A lifelong passion for travel led me to diverse experiences, but my journey took a significant turn when I began to confront my struggles with severe menstrual pain and migraines. It was during this exploration of menstrual cycle health that I discovered the transformative power of dietary and lifestyle changes according to my menstrual cycle.

While serving as a Retreat Leader in Bali, I delved deeper into understanding my body and its needs. I experimented with adjusting my diet based on my menstrual cycle, and the results were astonishing—reduced cramps and migraines after just one cycle.

This newfound knowledge ignited my passion for menstrual health and wellness.

Now, I’m on a mission to empower women of all ages to take charge of their health. I believe that small changes in diet and lifestyle can lead to significant improvements in overall well-being.

As a devoted mom, I am particularly committed to spreading this vital message to young women navigating puberty and mothers facing the challenges of motherhood.

I have helped many women gain a deeper understanding of their bodies, enabling them to make lasting changes in their lifestyle and diet.
